October 6, 2022

There seems to always be community confusion and misinformation regarding real AAU licensed events, participants, and coaches. Many players, parents, and coaches believe they are in AAU programs when they are not. I strongly encourage all parents and athletes to simply ask the programs and coaches, before trusting their children to them, to provide evidence of real AAU club and coach membership. If you are in a real AAU program, your coach has had a background check, and all players and coaches have memberships while operating under AAU rules and regulations.
